1. Open link to A Penny Earned 

2. Use the Earn, Goods, Services cards from the Key Term Picture Cards and discuss terms. 

3. Discussion questions - Where does money come from? How do people get it?

4. Read Welcome Home! Storybook. Ask students interactive questions during story

5. Have students open My Junior Journal Mini Book pg. 3 and complete Cassie's House Activity. Students complete maze. Circle the items that represent the jobs Cassie's dad told her she could do to earn money. 

6. Students turn to back of mini books to draw a picture of themselves doing a job to earn money
